You'll save 4p per litre on both diesel and petrol at Shell stations. That's £2 off a typical 50 litre tank every time you fill up.

» Where can I use the Prepaid Shell Card? ▾

The card works at over 1,100 Shell branded stations across the UK. This includes motorway services, 24 hour sites, and stations with HGV facilities. The card works exclusively at Shell stations only.

» Are there any charges for the fuel card? ▾

No. The Prepaid Shell Card is completely free of charge. There are no card fees, no admin fees, and no transaction fees. No hidden charges whatsoever.

» How does the prepaid system work? ▾

Simply preload your card online with the amount you want to spend. When you fill up at Shell, the cost is deducted from your card balance at the discounted rate. You can top up anytime through the online portal or app.

» Do I need a credit check to get the card? ▾

No. Because it's prepaid, there's no credit check required. The card won't affect your credit rating in any way. It's a simple, no risk way to save on fuel.

» Can my family members use the card? ▾

Yes. All your family members can use the Prepaid Shell Card, and you can use it across multiple vehicles.

» What happens if my card balance runs out? ▾

Your card will stop working once the balance reaches <£TBC>. Simply top it up online and you can start using it again immediately. You'll always know your balance through the online portal.

» How do I track my spending? ▾

The online portal let you track your spending in real time. You can see your balance, transaction history, and download HMRC compliant invoices whenever you need them.

» What is FraudGuard protection? ▾

FraudGuard monitors your card for suspicious activity and protects you against fraudulent transactions. It's built into your card at no extra cost, giving you peace of mind every time you fill up.

» Is the card available nationwide? ▾

Yes. With over 1,100 Shell stations across the UK, you'll find coverage wherever you're driving. Use the Shell app or The Fuel Store's station finder to locate your nearest Shell station.

» How long does it take to get my card? ▾

Once your application is approved, your card will arrive within a few days.

» Can I use the card at supermarket fuel stations? ▾

No. The Prepaid Shell Card works exclusively at Shell branded stations. It cannot be used at supermarket fuel stations or other fuel brands.

» What other benefits do I get with Shell? ▾

You'll earn Shell Go+ rewards points on your purchases, giving you even more value. At larger Shell sites, you'll also find driver facilities including clean toilets, free Wi-Fi, hot food and drinks, and 24-hour showers at truck stops.
